Hi, I’m I-Chieh, a Sr. Product Designer at New Relic with 7+ years of experience delivering user-centered design for enterprise SaaS. My expertise lies in designing impactful observability tools, including solutions that streamline DevOps workflows.



I lead the product design for Session Replay, a feature adopted by over 1,000 accounts and generating $3.52M in monthely recurring  revenue within nine months. My work also extend to Service Level Management (SLM), where I developed features that enabled DevOps and SRE teams to proactively monitor and ensure system reliability.
